Appointment Cancellation

Please note Avalon Medispa operates on a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible and give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment if there is a no show or if adequate notice is not given. Credit card details may be taken to confirm the bookings from new clients. For complimentary consultations, a £25 no show fee may be chargeable if adequate notice is not given.


To change or cancel your appointment

Please phone or email Avalon Medi Spa (details below) and speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We are open 6 days a week.


Our clinic opening times are:

  • 9:30am   to   8.30pm  Monday to Friday
  • 9:30am   to 12.30pm  Saturday
  • 12:30pm to   5.30pm  Saturday
  • All appointments must be pre booked

Courses of Treatments

Courses are non-refundable, however balances for outstanding treatments can be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments where appropriate. Please speak to us. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.


 Policy on Children

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied outside our treatment rooms within the Avalon premises. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time.


Policy on Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene reasons.


Promotional Offers

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases and must be used within the allocated time.


Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for product purchases, or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.


Complaints Policy

We want you to be happy with your experience at Avalon Medispa, if ever this is not the case please speak with us in the first instance.  Complaints can also be made by e-mail and will be answered as soon as possible.
